What should I choose for and occupation and what colleges are good for this job?

I have always been interested in film and am 100% sure that I want to work with it in some way when I grow up. I am trying to become a screenwriter, but may not make it due to the difficulty of breaking into the business. If I could not be involved in the creative process, what other jobs could I do that allow me to be involved in film in other aspects, such as the business aspect or becoming a talent agent? I would not mind producing or doing things to assist in making the film
