What is a good weight loss plan for me?
Hii. I'm Sierra, and my BMI is obese. I weigh about 230 lbs. and I'm 5'5". I tried really hard at one point, but all my mom buys is junk food because she has a problem and can't lose weight, so she doesn't try. I love fruits and vegetables, well some veggies. I love almost all fruits though. She doesn't buy much of those, but when she does I eat it all. To be honest, I snack all day long, it's really starting to bother me. I wake up in the morning, confident I'm going to lose weight, but by the end of the day I give up. So, all I'm asking is: What are good exercises to do? What are foods and meals I could eat? And how to get motivated... PS. I don't have an exercise mat or soft flooring so I can't do sit ups, etc. Sorry, my mom won't buy me one. Thank you so much. :]
