Looking for an agent?

So I wrote a screenplay and now I'm looking for an agent. I've already gone to some websites of agents that interest me but then I thought why not ask around some more. Does anyone know of any agents or information on some that are looking for fresh new ideas or will work with a first time screenwriter?
