What is this manga????

i'm trying to find out what this manga is~its about 2 half-brothers in the royal guard...the older one is shorter with black hair and doesn't deal with women too much and he's the captain of the squad...the younger one is blond taller and is very open and is a playboy...the older one is close friends with the king and in the chapters their adventures included: a dance where a librarian was in love with the older one, where the brothers tutored a duke/earl, and they went to the people's brigade to solve a serial murder case and the older one dressed as a woman...there was only about 2 vols scanned and it was on mangafox under shounen-ai, but i can't find it anymore.....plz help me
