Do you guys think Earl Boykins is a Hall of Famer?

Im not sure..but he is one of the most underrated PGs of all time..and the 2nd shortest NBA Player in history..he is a good playmaker and he can score when he wants too..Lil Earl doesnt get much credit..but when he is on it..he is on it!
