Could I ever afford this apartment?

It's at The Macrossan Residences, apartments start from 2.6 million. Whatever I do in my life, it will be related to writing (I'm still in highschool - year 12). I'm hoping to maybe become an author one day, like a new J.K Rowling (I've been writing ever since I could walk). What I am reaaally aspiring to be however, is a screenwriter, and their pay salaries are extremely good, the successful ones get paid up to 1 million a year. I must sound extremely materialistic betting all my hopes upon an apartment, but it's just AMAZING, I have never seen anything like it in my life, and the best thing about it is that it's not very far away from where I currently live, so I wouldn't have to go far to see my family. Assuming I'm successful in my career, do you think I could afford the apartment?
