Can i find a screenwriter to help me rewrite my movie storylines into proper screenplays or movie scripts?

I'm Chris Oliver,20. I write good movie storylines but i need a professional screenwriter or script writer to help me translate my film ideas into proper screenplays ready for production. I also need a movie agency that would be willing to produce my stories if it is appealing enough to them. Profits would be a 60 - 40 for interested screenwriters.Please leave suggestions that could help me. Thank you
