Which place has the best screenwriting program?

I got accepted into University of Oregon, University of Miami, and University of Tulsa. I want to be a screenwriter and director in the future. I also plan to transfer to UCLA or University of Southern California my sophomore or junior year. Out of the three places I got accepted into which has the best program?
