What's your worst nightmare?

i'm an aspiring author/screenwriter and have been studying narrative for a while - i'm writing a horror novel, have come up with a few ideas, but i'm wonderin if anybody has ever had any distinctive nightmares that I could use as a basis for a plot, wud appreciate any ideas, thanks
