Screenwriters, and others in the film industry rate your satisfaction?

Having been at it for a few years now, I've seen it all. Liars, cheaters, ego maniacs, on and on. More bad than good and don't even get me started on lack of respect and pay. Yet I love making films... I just wonder if there are any 'normal' people to make films with?
