Romantic Comedy Anime? Or just Romantic anime?

I was going to suggest Ouran :) And Wallflower, but you have them. Does it have to be specifically romantic? Or can it be gradual? Like... I like the little love story between Maka and Chrona in Souleater. There is also the confusion with Shinji and Rei in Neon Genesis Evangelion, and Edward and Winry in Fullmetal Alchemist (first one and Brotherhood)
