Is this a good fantasy football trade?

I would take the Bowe trade in a heartbeat, especially considering your need to upgrade at the WR position. I would stay away from the McFadden trade. It's not an insulting trade offer but I think Chris Johnson is one of the most valuable players in the game, especially in Keeper leagues.
