How to lose 10 pounds?

I'm 5'2" and about 117 pounds. I don't think I'm fat, but I want to lose some of my fat, mainly on my stomach. How would I lose about 10 pounds by the end of July? It's hard for me to continue a workout, I always give up. >< How do I motivate myself? Also, I'm going to start running soon. What else should I do? How do I flatten my stomach also?
